Summer Sex is light and easy, casual, often without commitment, makes unlikely partners, but is often the most enjoyable, memorable sex you had in a long time.
This is the second of two consecutive summer group exhibitions (Summer Sex I & II) at Lichtundfire, bringing together very different work in all media, from figuration to abstraction and everything in-between. Deliberately creating a new narrative with at first sight unlikely partners or with works with obvious connotations, the exhibition seeks to engage the viewer with the familiar in a new, direct and unfamiliar way. This show, as Summer Sex I – On the Spur of the Moment, will be accompanied by a catalog with an essay by Jonathan Goodman.
